Intentional Development

Rediscovery is a
deliberate process

By centering place, we restore authentic spirit, reconnect to the earth, and reinterpret potential with the thoughtful reuse of natural materials and site-specific craft.

Regenerative Design & Development

Regenerative design and development is a growing field and in it, we are always learning and evolving. Regenerative practices first originated from Indigenous communities over a thousand years ago, rooting in the belief that humans and nature need each other to thrive.

The Regenesis Group expanded on these ideals, defining Regenerative Design and Development. The terminology was founded to merge fields of ecological design, permaculture, business, and development. The founders’ goals were to shift the development industry into one in which developers add to, rather than take away from, the built environment. At Unfold, we align with principles of regenerative design and development, with a process of rediscovery that interweaves potential with a firm commitment to care.
